PSKL In the app
- Open the PSKL Greens app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Delete account.
- Read what will be deleted, tick to confirm, and tap Delete my account.
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out on that device.
Without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or tell us the mobile number you registered with — or use the form on this page. We verify the request with your registered mobile number before deleting anything, so no one else can close your account.
What we delete
- Your profile — name, mobile number, email, and your sign-in.
- Your saved delivery addresses.
- Your device and notification tokens, so we stop sending you notifications.
- Your preferences and marketing choices.
What we keep, and why
Records of the orders you placed — including their GST invoices and payment records — are kept for the period Indian tax law requires. They are no longer linked to your name or mobile number, and they are used for nothing but meeting those legal obligations. Any order already on its way will still be delivered.
How long it takes
Deleting in the app takes effect straight away. A request by email or through this form is completed within 30 days, and we will confirm when it is done.
After deletion you can sign up again with the same mobile number, but you will start with a new, empty account. Delivery partners: your account is closed by our team once any payout owed to you is settled — use the form or email us.
