You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform and place orders. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

• You may be required to create an account to place orders. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

• We offer fresh vegetables, fruits, groceries, and related products for sale and delivery through the Platform.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Applicable GST, delivery charges, and other charges will be displayed before you confirm your order.
• As our products include fresh and perishable items, actual weight, size, colour, and appearance may vary slightly from the images shown, which are for representation only.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify, or discontinue any product without prior notice.
• In case of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

• An order placed through the Platform constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in pricing, delivery area limitations, or suspected fraud.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact details.

• Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms.
• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store your complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• You agree to pay all charges for the orders placed under your account at the prices in effect when the order is placed.

• We currently deliver in and around Tamil Nadu, with plans to expand to other states over time. Serviceable areas are indicated on the Platform.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Details are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Cancellations, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Provide false, misleading, or another person's information
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our permission
• Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights

All content on the Platform — including the PSKL Greens name, logo, text, graphics, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Platform may contain links to or rely on third-party services (such as payment gateways and delivery services). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms.

• The Platform and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• While we take care to ensure the quality and freshness of our products, we do not provide warranties beyond those required under applicable law.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PSKL Greens, its proprietor, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, the courts at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
